Brookfield India Real Estate Trust REIThas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/12/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, the Manager to Brookfield India Real Estate Trust ('Brookfield India REIT'), shall be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 through audio-visual electronic means, to consider and approve inter alia fund raising options by Brookfield India REIT, including through preferential issue and/or any other mode, as permitted under applicable law and, in relation thereto, issue of notice to the unitholders for approval of such fund raise, as applicable. We also wish to inform you that the trading window is closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives until the expiry of 48 hours post announcement of the outcome of the aforementioned meeting.
